THAI IT! theClass 

Ever wonder what Thai Yoga Massage/Bodywork is? Like why is yoga in the name if it’s a bodywork technique? In this 2-part/day class you will learn the brief history of Thai, why it is called Thai yoga, how to use props to feel areas in your body you didn’t know existed all while moving through a gentle yoga class with hands on from the instructor so you can go deeper into your poses.


Day two will be learning how to use Thai techniques for you and a partner. Yes, you get to partner up and learn some basic Thai moves and have fun doing it! You can take these techniques home to a loved one or bring them to your yoga students.

(Don’t worry if you missed day 1 class you can still participate on day 2)
