Meet Your Retreat Leader
Hi, I'm Sarah Dippen. I believe in the transformative power of connecting mind, breath, body movement, and intentional rest to enhance our emotions, health, and overall quality of life. At Sarah Dippen Yoga & Retreats, my passion is to create spaces where you can reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with the world around you—through the perfect blend of yoga and adventure.
I’m an empathetic leader, creative problem solver, and retreat facilitator. My approach combines lighthearted play with deep, authentic connection, ensuring every retreat feels like a meaningful journey. Whether you're sharing stories with newfound friends, exploring breathtaking surroundings, or simply resting in a way that feels right for you, I strive to make each moment special.
I trained for my Yoga Certification at Devanadi Yoga in Minneapolis, MN, with an emphasis on Anatomy, Ayurveda, and Energy Medicine. My teaching draws from ParaYoga, Tantra, Hatha, and Vinyasa traditions, incorporating props and therapeutic focus to support each participant’s unique journey. You can often find me leading classes at The Yoga Plant in Chippewa Falls, where I encourage my students to embrace growth with curiosity and compassion.
Combining yoga with travel is my secret recipe for living an inspired life, and I aim to offer that same transformative experience to every retreat participant. I’m inspired by those who face challenges and rise again—growth is a journey we all take together, and I’m here to make sure it’s filled with joy, rest, and adventure.
