The days get darker, the holiday stress starts building, and somewhere along the way, women forget what it feels like to truly relax.
That’s why Wintering was created.
Wintering is a cozy women’s weekend retreat designed to feel like the best parts of a snow day, a pajama party, and an old-school sleepover all wrapped into one relaxing weekend away. It’s a chance to step away from the pressure, responsibilities, and constant noise of everyday life and simply be yourself again.
Think warmth, laughter, nourishing meals, comfortable spaces, gentle movement, meaningful connection, and the permission to fully exhale.
Guests can expect slow mornings, restorative evenings, home-cooked meals, and a relaxed atmosphere intentionally designed to help you rest and recharge during one of the busiest seasons of the year.
Every Wintering Retreat is a little different, which is part of what makes women return year after year. Whether you come with a friend or arrive solo, you’ll be welcomed into a warm, supportive environment filled with incredible women looking for the same thing: a weekend to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy life again.

Wintering is centered around the idea that winter doesn’t have to feel isolating or heavy.
Instead of fighting the season, this retreat invites you to lean into it in the most comforting way possible. Think warm drinks, soft blankets, nourishing food, meaningful conversations, snowy views, slow mornings, and evenings spent laughing with new friends.
The pace of the retreat is intentionally light. There is space built into the schedule to relax, socialize, rest, or simply do nothing at all.
This is not a retreat where you need to keep up.
This is a retreat where you get to let go.

The Gym is equipped with free weights, weight machines, ropes, a stationary bike, and two treadmills.
There are 2 double-seating jacuzzis with light therapy and jets, alongside a cozy fireplace and TV with Netflix.
Also in the spa, you'll find separate sauna and steam shower rooms. There are three self-service massage chairs as well.
ACCOMODATIONS & PRICING
All retreat pricing is all-inclusive and includes accommodations, meals, yoga sessions, and retreat experiences throughout the weekend.
Guests are welcome to attend solo and book a space in the bunk room, the quad, or reserve a private room as a single occupant.
If booking a double or triple occupancy private room, guests are asked to coordinate their own roommate arrangements prior to booking due to the nature of shared beds and room layouts (“BYO Roommate”).

Refunds and Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Sarah Dippen Yoga in writing. Full refund, less $500, is available through August 31st, 2026. No refunds after August 31st, 2026. In case of cancellation, you may transfer your deposit or your reservation to another person (of your providing) with advance notice. Refunds will incur a 10% processing fee of the original booking rate.
