Iceland 2025
September 20-27, 2025
September 20-27, 2025
This is not just a vacation—it’s an experience designed to awaken your sense of adventure, connection, and awe. Each day blends movement, exploration, and relaxation to create a perfect balance of adventure and renewal.
Each morning, after breakfast, you’ll have the option to start your day with an all-levels yoga and movement class in a private wellness space overlooking the fjord and mountains. Not in the mood for yoga? No problem—the relaxation lounge, dry sauna, and hot tub are available as well. After class, we’ll gather for lunch before heading out for the day’s adventure.
If you’ve been craving something different, something immersive, something that allows you to pause and reconnect—this is it. Iceland is more than a destination—it’s an experience that reshapes your sense of adventure, presence, and possibility.

Rise | Restore | Explore
Mornings in Iceland are slow, intentional, and exactly what you need to start the day feeling refreshed. You’ll wake up in a cozy home or boutique hotel, just steps from the fjord, where the crisp morning air and stillness set the perfect tone for what’s ahead. A fresh, locally sourced breakfast awaits—simple, nourishing, and exactly what your body craves. Then, it’s time to move. Whether you choose to join a gentle yoga practice overlooking the mountains or simply sip coffee and take in the view, this is your time to reset, stretch, and settle into the rhythm of the retreat before the day's adventure unfolds.
Dine | Soak | Northern Lights
Evenings in Iceland are the perfect way to wind down after a day of adventure. After a delicious group dinner, you’ll return home, still buzzing from laughter and conversation that flowed effortlessly around the table. But the night isn’t over just yet. Step outside and sink into your private backyard hot tub, the crisp Icelandic air contrasting perfectly with the warmth of the water. Above you, the sky stretches wide—maybe filled with stars, maybe illuminated by the dancing Northern Lights. This is the kind of stillness that lingers, the kind of moment that reminds you just how magical a day well spent can feel.

Daily Excursions & Experiences
Hrisey Island – A Hidden Arctic Gem
A short ferry ride across the fjord takes you to Hrisey Island, a place so peaceful and untouched, it feels like stepping into another world. Lush green hills, winding hiking trails, and panoramic fjord views surround you. This tiny island is known for its unique energy—a sense of stillness that you can’t quite explain but will absolutely feel. We’ll take time to simply sit, breathe, and take it all in before enjoying a beautiful walk through nature.
Icelandic Horseback Riding or Whale Watching
There’s nothing quite like riding an Icelandic horse, a breed famous for its gentle temperament and smooth, gliding gait. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced rider, this ride through the Icelandic countryside is unforgettable. Not a horse person? No problem—swap the saddle for the sea and set out on a whale-watching tour, where humpback whales breach in the wild, icy waters of the fjord. Either way, this is an experience that will leave you in awe.
Mývatn Geothermal Adventure
Some landscapes look like they belong on another planet, and Mývatn is one of them. A full-day journey takes you through bubbling mud pools, steaming lava fields, and volcanic craters—an area so surreal that astronauts once trained here for the moon landing. The day ends with a visit to the Mývatn Nature Baths, where you’ll soak in mineral-rich, geothermal waters as the steam rises around you, letting every worry melt away.
Local Adventure & Hidden Nature Walks
Iceland has a way of revealing its magic in the quietest, most unexpected places. We’ll explore charming farmsteads, hidden trails, and fjordside landscapes that most travelers never get to see. Along the way, we’ll meet locals who welcome us into their homes, share their traditions, and offer a glimpse into the heart of Icelandic life.
Geothermal Baths – Optional Afternoons
For those craving an extra dose of relaxation, two of Iceland’s most stunning geothermal spas are waiting. The Forest Lagoon is tucked into the trees, offering warm, mineral-rich waters surrounded by nature. GeoSea in Húsavík is unlike anything else—a geothermal infinity pool that seems to spill right into the Arctic Ocean. If a quiet afternoon in town is more your style, Akureyri’s cozy cafés, art galleries, and scenic views offer the perfect escape.
This retreat is about more than just seeing Iceland—it’s about experiencing it in a way that stays with you long after you’ve left.
